The company lives by its’ reputation and to date has never needed to advertise its’ services being recommended by one company to the other. In 1998 we were approached by the Ministry of Technical Education in the Sultanate of Oman to provide instructors for their Higher Technical Colleges. This was the start of our involvement in recruitment as we acted as both an agent and interviewer for the client. This contract is ongoing, as and when the client requires it.

Since then we have successfully completed many training and recruitment projects in Oman, U.A.E., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Canada, the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom. Our clients include ADGAS, ZADCO, ADMA-OPCO, NPCC, SASSREF, ARAMCO, AVX., DUPONT and JOHN BROWN ENGINEERING, TEKNICA(UK) and SIRTE. We can provide a service tailored to your needs and delivered at a time and in a place to suit your employees. In the United Kingdom we have been working with TEKNICA in London for 6 years providing both technical training and recruitment. TEKNICA’s clients include WAHA Oil, SIRTE, ENI Gas & ENI Oil. In conjunction with London South Bank University and Teknica UK TARA has developed and delivered a number of Diploma training courses for Middle Eastern oil companies. We also prepared and delivered a Construction Diploma course in Dubai for Iraqi students working for Petrofac.
